THELLI – Helenia Tedesco

Thelli (Helenia Tedesco) is an Italian visual artist based in Milan. After graduating in Public Relations at IULM University and working for over a decade in communication, she fully embraced her artistic path in 2013, following a life-changing experience.

Her work explores spirituality, inner transformation, and the invisible flow of life through symbolic and expressive portraits, often created with the alla prima oil painting technique. Drawing inspiration from Caravaggio, ancient philosophy, mysticism and sacred imagery, Thelli defines her practice as a “brush guided by the Spirit.”

She is the founder of AIM – Art In Movement, a project born in 2012 blending wearable art and spiritual exploration. Since 2023, she is part of the historic Milanese art collective Gruppo Sirio.

Currently, she focuses on portraiture, often using recycled materials and painting live in meditative, immersive settings.
